How we work
Development & Testing
Turning a validated plan into a system your team can rely on – built using modern low-code tooling for speed, refined by experience for everything the tooling gets wrong on its own.
Typically:
- Building the core application: forms, workflows, permissions, and reporting
- Configuring integrations with the tools you already use – accounting, payments, shipping
- Migrating existing data from spreadsheets or previous systems
- Structured testing against real scenarios, not just the textbook case – partial cancellations, failed payments, unusual permission combinations
When it is needed: You already know exactly what you need built – perhaps you’ve done your own analysis, or you’re extending a system I didn’t originally build.
Training
A system nobody knows how to use doesn’t save anyone time. Training closes the gap between „it works” and „the team actually uses it correctly, every day.”
Typically:
- Hands-on sessions with the people who’ll use the system daily, not just management
- Short reference videos for common tasks, so people aren’t stuck waiting for an answer
- A simple written guide covering the workflows specific to your business
- A follow-up check-in a few weeks in, once real usage has surfaced real questions
When it is needed: You’ve inherited a system – built by me or someone else – and the team never received proper onboarding.
Service & Maintenance
Software isn’t finished the day it launches. Processes change, new edge cases appear, and small adjustments keep a system useful instead of letting it slowly fall out of step with how the business actually runs.
Typically:
- Ongoing bug fixes and small adjustments as your process evolves
- Adding new fields, statuses, or reports as the business grows
- Monitoring and keeping the system aligned with platform updates
- A direct line to the person who actually built it – not a ticket queue
When it is needed: You have an existing system – from any provider – that needs an active caretaker instead of sitting unmaintained.
